Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made-to-order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

However, we’ve got you covered if something goes wrong.

✅ We’ll replace your order at no cost if:

• Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective
• You receive the wrong item or size due to our error

How to request a replacement:

1. Email us at support@neoanimedrip.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Once verified, we’ll send out a replacement free of charge.

❌ We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Change of mind after purchase

Shipping times:
All products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and shipping times vary by destination (usually 3–7 business days in the U.S., longer internationally).
