A: All products are made-to-order. Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping typically takes 3–7 business days in the U.S. and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on your location.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your country. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your drip every step of the way.

👕 Sizing & Fit

Q: How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
A: Most items are true-to-size with a regular fit. For a looser streetwear look, we recommend ordering one size up.

Q: Where can I find the size chart?
A: Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. Please check this before ordering.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer free returns for wrong sizes. However, we sometimes offer a discounted re-order—email support@neoanimedrip.com and we’ll help you out.

Q: How do I wash my apparel?
A: For best results:

• Wash inside-out, cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron the printed area

Q: Will the print fade?
A: Our designs are printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) technology for long-lasting color. With proper care, your drip stays vibrant wash after wash.

 

📦 Returns & Replacements

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We only accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Please email us with photos within 30 days of receiving your order.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: No worries—we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact support@neoanimedrip.com with your order number and photos.
